  This office has the worst customer service. We had them from January to July and they never reported to DMV that we had insurance and our registration got suspended. We called and asked for a letter of continuous coverage and it has been 2 days nothing has come via email to us as asked. They are rude on the phone to us.

  Plz read alll the way thru never I mean never use them no matter if it cost more ...They agreed on a bundle deal then charge me for it... but the bundle included renter and car but didn’t give it me renters ... then call the cop on me lied and didn’t give me my money back but tried to give me another policy... as she laughed on the phone and said she was scared but smile the whole time and threaten me ...then try to blame me when she file the papers and got the papers sent to her and got paid for both for ten months and added people to my bundle with out my permission
